Your employees see the dentist of their choice and receive dental care as diagnosed by their doctor. Dental claims are submitted by the dentists directly to Direct Dental. Participant eligibility, claim calculations and claim payments are all handled by our experienced staff. To retain the real benefits of self-funding, all plan funds are kept in your own account!
Our administration staff and simplified plan designs make it easy for you to maintain and monitor your plan. Many clients take less than 15 minutes per month to update their census data and review the plan performance reports provided by Direct Dental.
